Treasure Island is located on the west coast of central Florida, about 35 minutes from Tampa. Treasure Island is known for its beautiful beaches, with turquoise colored water & soft sugary sand. Treasure Island has many delicious restaurants, nightlife and is a convenient location to many different attractions. Fishing, boat or bike rentals, wave runners, John's Pass, St. Pete Pier, Clearwater Marine Aquarium, Pier 60, etc.. Our condo is within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the beach and Publix is right next door. Once you arrive, a car would not be necessary. In addition to the local Trolley, there are free golf cart taxi services available (just tip them for their service).

Our 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom condo is located in the heart of Treasure Island, FL. The heated pool & hot tub can be used year round. Like Fishing? Drop a line in off of the backyard fishing dock! Our spacious 2nd floor condo (technically the 3rd due to the garage) has a full kitchen (stocked with everything needed for cooking), dining area, jetted bathtub, smart tv's, ceiling fans in each bedroom & living room. A free standing Arcade Game is fun for all to play! The Arcade has over 60 throw back games including PacMan, Ms. PacMan, Gallagher, Astroids, Donkey Kong, Frogger, etc.. You'll also find books & board games for your use. The large balcony faces Boca Ciega Bay for a beautiful view & gorgeous sunrises. Outdoor dining table & seating area on the balcony. See dolphins daily, watch the tubers, wave runners, boats & kayaks enjoying the Florida weather!

Hello! We are Chris & Andrea, the owners of the condo. We live locally, about an hour away with our three beautiful daughters.
We visited this area & enjoyed how much there is to do as well as the beauty of “the island” (that is what the locals call Treasure Island)! Escaping here from our daily, hectic lives allows us to spend quality time with our family, even if we are just relaxing at the pool or throwing a football on the beach! This is our peaceful little get-a-way, we hope you enjoy it as much as we do! Our goal is for us to be able to provide all of our guests with an enjoyable stay! Please feel free to ask any questions you may have, before or during your stay, we are here to help!
LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!!
The Palms is located right next door to Publix. Publix has a liquor store and an electric car charger. The Beach is located directly across the street from Publix & is about a 3 minute walk from The Palms. For your convenience, we provide a beach wagon for your use. This area of the beach has chair & umbrella rentals, a bike bath, public restrooms, toy borrowing box, paddle board rentals, blow up activities, etc...
